Statement of Faith

A Creative Movement Rooted in the Kingdom of Jesus

“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” – Matthew 6:10

We believe God has ordered Created into existence to be a living expression of His Kingdom on earth—calling artists, creatives, and culture-makers into deeper communion with Christ, and mobilizing them to reflect His glory through every act of worship, craftsmanship, and expression. Our calling is to equip and send forth those whose gifts are surrendered to Jesus, rooted in the gospel, and aligned with heaven’s story. Through our work, gatherings, and relationships, we long to see the world transformed as heaven invades earth.

Core Beliefs

Jesus Is King

We believe Jesus Christ is the sovereign King over all creation. His life, death, and resurrection inaugurated God’s Kingdom, and all of history bends toward His return and eternal reign.

Matthew 3:17; Daniel 2:44; Matthew 6:10; Revelation 11:15

We Are A New Creation

Through Jesus, we are made righteous, holy, and beloved children of God. We live as worshippers and co-heirs, empowered by the Spirit to reflect His love, character, and authority.

2 Corinthians 5:17–21; Ephesians 1:3–6; Romans 12:1–2; Luke 10:18–19

Salvation Is Through Christ Alone

All people are born into sin and in need of salvation, which comes only by grace through faith in Jesus. We must repent, believe, and receive His forgiveness and new life.

Acts 4:12; John 3:16; Romans 2:4; Titus 3:3–8

We Are the Church

The Church is not a building, but a global family of believers called out to live as witnesses to Jesus, filled with His Spirit, stewarding His gifts, and advancing His Kingdom together.

Colossians 1:13; Ephesians 4:11–16; Matthew 28:18–20; Revelation 21:1–5

The Word of God Is Our Foundation

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, fully true and wholly sufficient to guide, correct, and shape our lives, work, and mission. Through it, we behold Jesus and are transformed.

2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Proverbs 30:5; Romans 16:25-26

God’s Design Is Beautiful

We believe that all of life is worship—including how we live, love, and honor God’s design for gender, sexuality, marriage, and the sanctity of every human life.

Genesis 1:27–28; Romans 12:1; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Psalm 139:13–14; Jeremiah 1:5

Host Code of Conduct

Faithful Facilitation

“But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.” —Hebrews 5:14

We're not looking for perfect people — we're looking for prepared ones. A host who is genuinely seeking God, rooted in scripture and grounded in prayer, will serve this community far more than someone with polished leadership skills alone. Before you can pour into others, you need to be filled yourself. Yes, the guide and model is simple, but we implore you to come to each gathering having spent time with God. Let your preparation be spiritual first, and know this is a host role. You have a scripture to read, discussion questions, and a time of prayer. There is no pressure for you to break down the scripture and pull out a commentary or give a sermon. This is a time to focus on God’s greatness, not yours.

Your Story, The Story

“They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” —Revelation 12:11

Tell your story. Invite others to tell theirs. This is the power of what happens when creators gather — the embodied, lived experience of people on the same road at different miles. Share the good, the hard, the mundane, and the profound. We haven't arrived, but we've made it through some life — and God was in all of it. Go with Him, and always be ready to give glory through testimony. He is worthy of every word. New members may be hesitant to share. Ensure all members feel included and welcome to share as much or as little as they want to. Sometimes, having members share their work, portfolio, or even a current high or low can break the ice and allow relationships and conversations to blossom. The moments matter, but deep relationship is a marathon, not a sprint.

Wholesome Talk & Imagery

“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” —Ephesians 4:29

The Created community spans all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. We are a family-friendly space and ask that all facilitators honor that. Please abstain from offensive or coarse language, and when sharing creative work, avoid anything that displays nudity or could reasonably be considered inappropriate for general audiences. Parents should feel welcomed to bring their kids and be inspired right alongside them (Note: Most groups do not include kids and facilitators are free to communicate expectations around this, though we encourage it!

That They May Be One

“I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you.” —John 17:20–21

Unity was Jesus' final prayer, and it is ours too. Our groups carry beautiful diversity across denominations, cultures, backgrounds, industries, and perspectives. We find our unity in the person of Jesus Christ, and we read the scripture for what it says: adding nothing, subtracting nothing. You are not the unifying force in the room. The Holy Spirit is. Be on guard against division, prejudice, envy, and the seeds the enemy loves to sow, even among those who lead. Open conversation is welcome and expected; weaponizing the space for personal agendas is not. When conversations grow more divisive than illuminating, redirect gently. Created leadership is always available when you need guidance.
